Verified Reviewer |Stolen DJI air 2s shipped from DJI
I bought DJI Air 2s and DJI care express warranty. Unit defective and they help me created a case and telling me will get me free shipping label to send it back and after 2 weeks I never get anything so I call back and they told me was mistake when creating that case so they ask me to cancel that and filed DJI care express instead and paying over $660 dollars and told me will refund $500 deposit after I send back the defective unit.
I got my replacement DJI air 2s but when tried to activate it I got the error 112 prohibited to activate and reaching out to support via chat and phone multiple times and dragged on for a month now since the initial reported issue with the defective item. Every time I call them they told me check back 48 hours since they already notified their relevant team or department and this is same answer I get once I called them back every 48 hours which to me their customer service or support such a joke and now I am almost out of $2000 dollars altogether plus so much times wasted. I am ready to take the next step of action by having my lawyer draft an email and filing dispute with my credit card company treating this as fraud. How could you send your customer a stolen drone and charge them money for it and not helping them resolved the issue?
I am beyond pissed at this point so future buyer be aware of this company and make sure you record everything, chat and phone calls and such like how I did and you need all these to make them accountable for what they doing. Update as 10/2/2023 DJI end up ship me another replacement device after so much time wasted back and forth and today I got email notification saying they did not received the defective/broken item and they will keep my deposit as supposed to be refunded once I returned the item and I do have copy of receipt that I requested when at ups store and also tracking showing the item returned to their address with signature proof of item received and I am calling to dispute this right now.
This is far beyond how I expected and never again I will buy anything from this company. BTW when researching online the error code 1112 prohibited to active is consider Item you get locked or stolen and this is something they can not even fixed that why they shipped me another one and all these process took over a month with so much back and forth every few days of the week I have to keep calling them...

Happen to many users with this 1112 error but never expected from DJI care center shipped this out as replacement.
